Overview of the order process
If you have placed an order with us, you might be wondering how to track its status and delivery. In this article, we will answer some of the most frequently asked questions about order tracking, such as how to find the latest information about your items and what to do if you encounter any issues.
Unless the product page states an item is "in stock" it will be sourced through our supply service. This is a team spread across the globe who specialize in the procurement of our products and the intricacies of international shipping. The process typically takes about 2 weeks, but each item is different, and delays can occur as these items are being shipped thousands of miles across multiple countries.
Tracking your order
To track your order through the various phases, you will need to sign into your Double Boxed Toys account. This is located at the top right of the page when on a desktop/tablet or from the main menu located in the top left on mobile.
***If you do not have an account, please create one using the same email address as your order.
Once you sign-in you will see a list of you orders, select the order you want to track.
The bottom of the order detail page, in the section titled "Additional Notes" you will give you the latest status on each item, this is updated in real-time from our sourcing team.
