How Do I Join the Double Boxed Toys Rewards Program?
Simply create a Double Boxed Toys customer account and you will automatically become part of our program or you can join by using our loyalty program widget. Existing customers simply need to log in to the loyalty program widget to activate their Rewards Account.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend online* at Double Boxed Toys. Each time you spend you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. Use your loyalty points to claim the rewards that you want, or save them up to unlock higher points required rewards.
*Double Boxed Toys reserves the right to exclude certain items at it's discretion.
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
Each time you shop online, you will receive our loyalty program email with your updated loyalty points balance. You can also log in from our website by clicking on our Loyalty Rewards widget.
How do I use my rewards?
When you've redeemed a reward, you will receive a unique reward coupon code. You can redeem your reward coupon on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount Box and click Apply (only one coupon code per order).

- Double Boxed Toys reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards and coupons at any time.
- Rewards Points are non-transferable and have no cash value equivalent.
- Coupons can only be redeemed once.
- If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
- If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
- If you return any items where rewards points were earned, Double Boxed Toys reserves the right to deduct the point balance earned for that transaction.
